As a North Carolina native I am an outdoor enthusiast. I was naturally drawn to the beauty and wonder of the NC Mountains, I know that there is no better place than Western NC! Appalachian State University in Boone, NC afforded me the opportunity to enjoy the North Western part of the state while earning my Bachelor’s of Science degree.
